Do an experiment. Challenge them to a best of 7 match. Win four games in a row. Record their scream. See how many decibels it is. See how many friends you have after this experiment? How many did you lose?If you have lost all your friends, you have played this deck correctly.

This deck has trolling everywhere literally every single card is part of a trolling Izzet Stragety, Gifts Ungiven, Ponder, and Brainstorm.
You can extend the game to any length you need to win. Or you can make it very short with burn spells.
Even red cards in this deck are troll cards. Even if
AEther Membrane
is killed while blocking, it is still OP. ((Return Strong Tokens to hand)) just returning creatures with positive effect counters to the hand is good enough.
Gifts Ungiven is the best blue tutor. IMO. But it is also expensive. For that reason, I have only put one copy of Gifts Ungiven in this deck.
There are even mill cards, which are Hedron Crab and Benthic Infiltrator.
You won't even be able to finish your opponents off! The game will always end with a forfeit.

70%+ of the time, you have a game winning hand on turn 1. (YOU WON'T ACTUALLY WIN ON TURN 1) even if you don't have the specific cards. You can just siyphon the needed game winning cards out of your deck. This deck has no specfic way to play it, so concoct a Stragety to your liking.
Legacy in some ways is more broken than vintage, with Ponder and possibly Brainstorm being unlimited.
