Ok, so this is my idea for a Mill deck, but instead of just Milling your opponent, you can use their cards against them.

This deck is built around Nightveil Specter + Daxos + Ashiok cleaning out their library and Thoughtseize to clear out their hand. I like the combo of Cyclonic Rift putting target creature or more on top of their library and then removing the threat with Ashiok and / or Nightveil Specter. Then casting their beasts against them with the help of Chromatic Lantern.

blood baron and Fiendslayer Paladin to return life from your dual lands and Erebos. elspeth is the captain putting chump blockers on the board, powering Ephara's draw ability and destruction if the board gets to large.

Ephara and Sphinx's Revelation give you card advantage along with Thassa and scry lands to cycle through your library to get the cards out you need.

I am concerned about the number of scry lands and the speed of this deck. I am looking to get my hands on two more Watery Graves and may add basic lands.
