This is my Dimir mill deck. It is focused on win my mill more so than taking out the opponent's life total. I have Artful Dodge in there for a case where swinging with an unblockable 30/30 Consuming Aberration is the better option than milling out. Most of the deck is pretty self explanatory though, Archaeomancer can bring back mill spells I have used such as Mind Sculpt. There is a Call of the Nightwing in there so that I can get some chump blockers on the field. Invisible Stalker + Paranoid Delusions is a great combo that can only be stopped by getting around hexproof in some way since he can't be blocked and I can choose to not block with him and just mill 3 each turn.
