@Rzepkanut: I've never found ramping to be an issue with my deck. It may seem like that if you're drawing hands on tappedout, but irl I've never had issues. In fact I played an entire game yesterday during the weekly EDH league with only 3 lands and a Knight of the Reliquary, so I can survive even through land screw. Gaddock Teeg is pretty much like a second general to the deck so it's difficult to add anything to the deck that is non-creature and above 3 cmc. In contrast to this, Increasing Savagery has really pulled its weight in the deck and it's currently not a candidate for cuts. Call the Gatewatch, on the other hand, is definitely a card I want to cut along with Ghostly Prison.
As for your suggestions, I really appreciate you taking the time to read through the page and make insightful comments. I did not think of Ulvenwald Tracker and will definitely put him on the testing list. I'm not a huge fan of the rest of the suggestions, however I will give Serra's Sanctum a second shot even though it was pretty underwhelming when I played it.
I will definitely give your deck a look over and some suggestions.
Thanks!

Your deck reminds me of one of mine quite a bit.

Some differences I noticed between them, I have more heavily leaned on mana producing auras and pump spells instead of prison effects. I feel like you could use more ramp, especially since in this deck we get to use ramp spells that can draw cards and pump creatures. Also I was surprised to read that you didn't get much out of Serra's Sanctum, it's an all star for me. Maybe you may don't have enough actual enchantments in yet, I'm running 31 right now. Garruk Wildspeaker is super strong when he is untapping lands that produce more than one mana, plus he provides blockers and overruns easily. Grasp of Fate and Faith Unbroken are another couple cards I'm in love with for this deck.
You mentioned Animar being an issue, that's tricky since the best enchantment answers are targeted white spells. Maybe some good old fashioned hate cards will work, things like Ensnaring Bridge, Rune of Protection: Red, Choke and Worship? Ulvenwald Tracker can target Animar, but Sigarda won't damage it in a fight Because of his protection...plus 5/5 isn't big enough to fight Animar for long anyways...but it can kill most of his other dudes no problem.
The cards I was least sure about in your list are Call the Gatewatch and Increasing Savagery. Let me know what you think of mine too if you have time, I would especially appreciate your feedback since our decks are similar.
+1 for good work, from a like minded deck builder.
