When looking at decks to start collecting cards for rotation, this one is now at the top of my list. There aren't many cards that will have to get booted for this deck at rotation.

+1 from me!

Haha thanks Phat_Shadow. It will need some draw once Ravinca drops but let's be hopeful for M15. daveeeee, the mana only turns colorless after a phase ends so during say main phase 1, you tap all your green mana and you refuse to cast some thing. At the start of combat, your mana doesn't empty...it becomes colorless floating.

I think you should swap out 1x or 2x Island for 1x or 2x Forest , no joke, I think it could help the mana base since you don't have many blue cards anyways and also you need double green for lots of your stuff. So yeah.

Haha thanks for the suggestion but the mana hasn't ever been a problem. Haha I have 16/39 blue cards with 2 of them being dub blue (Prime Speaker Zegana ) with only 3 Island s. I cant always rely on dual lands to save meh.

If this plays anything like my ramp deck that uses Hydra Broodmaster , you're going to be making it rain Hydra tokens pretty consistently. One great way to benefit from this (especially with Kruphix, God of Horizons no maximum hand size ability) is to cast the "Beck" side of Beck / Call before you create your insane amount of Hydras. Yesterday I played Beck before dropping 16 16/16 tokens with Kruphix out, allowing me to keep a gigantic hand full of threats. Granted, I was pretty much guaranteed a win at that point, but Supreme Verdict exists. I just like Beck / Call better than Zegana personally, but it's a matter of personal opinion. I'll give you a +1, and would appreciate it if you could give me some feedback on my version of this deck I finally put together IRL. (deck-large:persian-rug-2)

I'm really liking the list. I'm also using UG Ramp Deck and tried to search some ideas. Do you think that Kruphix is working better compared to Nylea in the mainboard?

I've been playing something a little similar to this with some great success, and I owe that to Mortal's Resolve and Fleetfeather Cockatrice . Resolve is a fun combat trick and can also keep your threat (or your Prophet) in play when your opponent tries for removal. The Cockatrice is a very intimidating creature against fliers, and you can play some mind games if your opponent knows you're holding one. Flash is not something to laugh at. For comparison, take a look at my build
