There can only be one to ascend. Assembles testatments to the indisputable divinity of Karona and curse all those who resits. Another deck where you get to play the villain at the table and skilluflly navigate your way to victory. Or play splashy annoying spell and find the just demise any true hero would bring in retribution to your actions.


The main gimmick of the deck is to control the tide of battle, using pillowfort cards, impetus to goad key creatures (or Karona) and curse gives an extra insentive to rad other players. Some low key necessary cards are Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor, Curse of Disturbance and Curse of Shallow Graves to creat the tribal army Karona craves. It will gives those armies to everyone else as well. Which is where the pillowfort part of the deck commes in.

While definitely not Vorthos, there are some flavourful choices made. Idem for the budget, Playing enchantress pieces and talisman increase the price tag a little too. It still is low enough though. The removal is kept low in ammount and fairly flexible as we want most creatures to stay on the board.
