The +3 are harder to cast and dies as easy as the +1 ones.
Ah, and i dont know how i could forget about THIS one! Crystalline Sliver OP as hell.

You have no swamp, are you relying completely on Manaweft Sliver being out in order to play Syphon Sliver ? Also, 4x Predatory Sliver is an absolute must, your deck will suffer and be worse if you decide not to use them, period. Be careful running 4x of high cost slivers and 2x of low cost slivers, you should balance your slivers based on how their abilities stack, but also their mana cost. You don't want an opening hand with 3x Bonescythe Sliver 's, sure the first one gives double strike, but the next 3 are only 2/2 slivers for 4 mana, or otherwise known as dead draws. Also, why Fog ? Chromatic Lantern or Hive Stirrings would be significantly more in-theme and better for the deck.

@Baetatester - This is a Standard format Slivers deck. None of the old slivers are playable in this format.

If only they had reprinted that or printed a new Hexproof sliver lol, would have been epicly op.
July 12, 2013 12:49 p.m.
@Saljen the 4x fogs in the deck are going to be Savage Summonings, I tried to clarify that in the description.
July 12, 2013 12:50 p.m.
well I adjusted the Bonesccythe and Blur slivers down to 3 drops and made the predatory a 4 drop. I had thought about keeping the Blur slivers at 4 and dropping the Megantic back to a 1 drop. Thoughts?
July 12, 2013 12:53 p.m.
I think that 4x Predatory Sliver and 2x Megantic Sliver is about the right number. Same goes for Blur Sliver as the others, if you have more than 1 in hand (which becomes more likely if you run 4) then the others become dead drops, this is more true with slivers than with anything else. You can check out my 5 color sliver deck if you like 5 Color Standard Slivers?. Other than #'s, our decks are fairly similar. I run Chromatic Lantern and Hive Stirrings instead of Savage Summoning, though Savage Summoning is a pretty freaking good card.

Manaweft Sliver taps for all mana colors, but I agree there should be at least 1 swamp in the deck
July 13, 2013 1:12 p.m.
I added a took out the two islands, added a Watery Grave and another Groundshaker Sliver to make him a 2 of and give me a solid 30 creatures. I also swapped a mountain for a forest to account for the green increase. I think I'm getting closer.

See dude you told me off then made my suggested changes anyway - the ratchet bomb. LOL
July 14, 2013 9:55 a.m.
@RedCloud2012 sorry I didn't mean to give the wrong impression, I wasn't "telling you off" I was just explaining the thought process for the ratchet bombs, though I did see your point which is why I decided they would be a better fit in the sideboard. I really appreciate your input Cloud it has been some of the more beneficial to the deck. I may not agree with everything or use every suggestion but some have been quite viable and really made me rethink how I was doing certain things.

If you can get the playtester on here to work (i can't) feel free to test your deck out against my slivers deck, which runs with innistrad block cards as well.
deck-large: the hivemind awakens
(+1 if you like the deck) if you are capable of playtesting it, let me know the results.
July 14, 2013 5:09 p.m.
When I try to playtest either of our decks the loading bar gets just past 75%, freezes, then drops to nothing turns red and a message appears below the bar saying "deck data is loading too slow or errored." I'm wondering if it's because the cards aren't out yet. I gave a +1 though, I like the deck and would be neat to see the two face off.

-1 Blur Sliver -1 Door of Destinies -2 Galerider Sliver +4 Hive Stirrings
IMO hive stirrings is a must!

Hive Stirrings isnt even that good, all you get is 2 1/1 creatures that give the rest of your slivers nothing, definatley not good enough to cut 2 Galerider Sliver or Blur Sliver
Savage Summoning is a trap card(not literally) it sounds good, but it really is not, like Quicken for example, it's casting a creature a turn later just to give it 1 more power, not worth at all. If you are that worried about a card being countered, add Cavern of Souls . in a tribal deck it would give you perfect mana and shut down control completely
Adding more lands is necessary, because 4 Mutavault s will mess you up especially in 5 color, and so will Evolving Wilds just slowing you down completely. Put in basic lands, buddy lands, or shock lands. Cut Evolving Wilds completely and bring Mutavault down to 2
July 15, 2013 11:15 p.m.
Has everyone else missed out on the fact that savage summoning says "that creature cannot be countered" and neither can savage summoning, yes you are waiting until your opponents turn to flash in a blocker or something but that flashed in creature is guaranteed to hit the field, the +1/+1 is just a bonus.
