This deck keeps your opponents at bay with it's assortment of counters, quick mills, and removal spells. It allows you to work up your mana pool to gain the ability to put down your heavy hitters like consuming aberration, aetherling, or jace. Crypt incursions keep you in the game as do the psychic intrusion by stealing your opponents key spells. Crypt incursion is also a great combo to play with sanguine bond by heavily draining your opponent's life and gaining your on. It's worked very well for me the many times I have used it. Losing is very rare with this one.

Dispels in the sideboard to give you the upper hand in mirror matches or against burn decks with a lot of instances. The rest of the sideboard is for cool combos like traumatizing yourself the using a psychic spiral to throw your opponents off. Rise of the Dark Realms is there for a deck packed with creatures. Get that card down late game and you can call it a win. Dismiss into Dream protects from enchantments, instances, sorceries, and or abilities that boost your opponents creatures.
