No big time heavy-hitters in the deck, but as a normal blue deck goes it will focus on opponents losing cards and not being able to play/use cards they have.

Numbing Dose plays a big role in killing off opponents and stopping a creature from being used. Every game I've played with this deck Numbing Dose plays a large role.

Vedalken Anatomist also plays a big role. If both are out they can quickly disable creatures, or atleast render them ineffective.

Not sure if I'm going to keep the plated seastrider, the Phantasmal Bear, or the Phantasmal Dragon. Seastrider and the bear are both in because they are lower cost creatures and most other creatures cost a good bit and I dont want to get rushed. Also the Bear and Dragon can very easily be killed so I might sub them out for a low cost and a higher cost artifact.
