Too expensive for what it does and unless I have full top deck manipulation I could whiff

Explained in a previous update. I feel that it is very win more. I usually do brokenly stupid things as it is.

Deploy's math is really, really bad. You'll only hit twice about 20% of the time with 20 walkers in deck. So you're paying six mana to, usually, get one random walker out of your deck. That's... really bad for six mana.
Only reason to ever use Chain Veil is for the Tezz combo and that requires running two bad cards and one medium card just to make it work sooo.

Hey, so why do you not run Skyship Plunderer? It'll (at least) get rid of a kill spell that would, otherwise, be directed at Atraxa. And it does not proliferate, by the way, people get confused; it's like Deepglow Skate but after every hit and only for one permanent. And have you considered not running creatures? I should make the change but I'm waiting for the right moment. Anyway, nice deck, vastly superior to my Atraxa deck

I think you should maybeboard Cyclonic Rift. It's a staple for good reason. Also, you can win the game by swinging after clearing the board.
I'd suggest removing Jace Beleren for it if you want to move it to mainboard also. Your deck can establish a strong boardstate, but Jace helps your opponents break your boardstate. As you mentioned when you removed Jace, the Mind Sculptor having a low initial loyalty is bad. Any good will you generate with the plus will be quickly nullified by your powerful board state

Cyclonic Rift has been in the deck list since day one...::

You get all the responses that my list doesn't Ascendant, so I've gotta stick around. :D
And to continue my trend: Skyship Plunderer doesn't work like you want it to. For each /kind/ of counter on the target, it gets an additional counter. That means that targeting a walker gives it one loyalty counter. If a permanent had two kinds of counters-- say, you had one of the Gideons that can become a creature and it got a +1/+1 counter while it was one-- then it'd get a loyalty counter and a +1/+1 counter. But that's as deep as that rabbit hole goes, and it's not a very deep or good hole.
It's an easy card to misread. I was super hyped about it until like, my fourth reading.

You make a really good point with Jace Beleren. I really like him, but he helps my enemies before he can start reeeeally helping me.

Here's a legit idea.
Replace Jace Beleren who helps your opponents find answers to you, has low initial starting loyalty, and actually attracts a huge amount of irrational anger if you don't plus him (he's funny like that).
Instead run a card like Pendrell Mists or The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale in order to drain your opponents of creatures and mana. Of course, this attracts some level of hate. As a subtstitute, you can run a less hateful card such as Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts or a simple Oblivion Stone.
If you don't feel like running this type of card, Open the Vaults is a super fun card in commander. Generally, it's incredibly dangerous, but you run enough lockdown cards that this might be a good idea

Lost_Ascendant have you got a chance to see "As Foretold" as of yet? Its one of the new blue mythics on the way in Amonkhet anyways if you weren't aware. I know I will have to make room for this in my own Atraxa deck.
Its a bit slow starting off , but in commander, and especially with Atraxa this is easily remedied I feel.

I feel like the shell of these colors is absolutely amazing, I just want to get cleaner mana ramping and more streamlined draw. How does your early game usually work?
The walker synergy is really good, but I want to find a way to "go off" if you will... or rather- several ways to "go off" that the walkers can help with.
That new gideon though....

All great ideas! I run Sylvan Library and Sensei's Divining Top but now I definitely want a Mirri's Guile. til then I think I'll see if I can find a place for Thassa and see if scrying every turn will help move things along.
I just updated the list and put some more fetchlands in, as well as Brainstorm and Thada Adel, Acquisitor as ways to help move things along. I find that pretty much everyone plays blue so the islandwalk is great evasion, and I can snag their mana rocks for my own helping me boost myself along. I am definitely running creature light and sac outlet light so diabolic intent is an interesting choice. I was looking at Austere Command versus Damnation and went with damnation for the exact same reason- AC woulda decimated me. The only problem is, how else do I mass remove enchantments and artifacts?
April 7, 2017 1:03 p.m.
Forceofnature1 Cyclonic Rift is my best go to for mass removal. No downside for you.

Ok to answer the last few comments:
Forceofnature1 my early game usually consists of ramping into mana doublers or dropping the 3-4 mana planeswalkers and creating a token wall or drawing into advantage.
Mirri's Guile is eclipsed by Sylvan Library and Sensei's Divining Top. With the top in particular giving both top deck manipulation and a replacement draw.
Austere Command is too useful. Being able to wipe the Artifact deck's ridiculous boardstate and any large creature or all the creatures or all enchantments gives too much value.
Diabolic Intent has been on my radar but only having 3 creatures make it less interesting. Although the majority of my 'walkers make tokens so that's kinda mute.
Jace Beleren is always on the chopping block and will likely be replaced by the Amonkhet Gideon or something of the like.

Winter Orb and Tangle Wire are up for testing but Hall of the Bandit Lord is a no go. It's bith enter tapped and colorless in a color hungry deck.

Do you ever have issues with life? There are a lot of pain lands and artifacts in your deck, and "Swords to Plowshares on Atraxa" doesn't seem like an optimal situation

In EDH, even in a four-color deck, hitting colors shouldn't be a problem. That renders the long-term upside of Oath of Nissa pretty irrelevant, and makes me wish I was just playing Ponder to get a better version of the real effect.
Oath of Gideon protecting walkers with a couple blockers and pushing them that much closer to ultimate range is much more relevant to real board states. One of the more memorable bits I recall in my early EDHing was a playing getting down Oath of Gideon and Ajani Steadfast and using them to instantly ultimate a Sorin, Solemn Visitor. That play won him the game easily. It wasn't the big, flashy Doubling Season-Tamiyo-Tamiyo-kill you with any random card going infinite lines that we all love, but it was an efficient way to just ultimate a planeswalker that mattered.
