Gather 'round, and I shall tell you my story. Long ago, a great planeswalker trapped me within his Ghostly Prison. Being a great planeswalker myself, I summoned creatures of great might- Tarmogoyf, Phyrexian Obliterator, even a Worldspine Wurm, but to no avail. My foe had Story Circle , a most devilishly tricky enchantment that would enable all my labors in vain, taxed too heavily by the accursed Ghostly Prison. So I turned to my spells instead. Corrupt , Condescend, and even Supreme Verdict were lost to me- an ally of his, Gaddock Teeg would always stop me. Artifacts of great power have all been destroyed to the Qasali Pridemages. I admit that this gave me quite feeling of hopelessness. All my ramping cards, Birds of Paradise, Llanowar Elves, Elvish Mystic, and Arbor Elf all are useless to me. Linvala, Keeper of Silence ensured that miserable fact. It would seem that the angels are determined to see me through my imprisonment... Luminarch Ascension sat there mocking me, as I lay there, unable to anything but wait for my annihilation. Counters, alas, are out of my grasp as well, thanks to the wretched Grand Abolisher. All I wanted to do was destroy a few planes, and now I sit here, with my Story Circle about a Ghostly Prison, waiting for the end to come.
