Ashling the Pilgrim is a great way to get damage in the form of a board wipe as well or just a mana sink each turn. It also gives you a good creature that can get really big later on.

problem is, she is rather slow at big boardwipes and not very cost effective. she also always kills herself with her ability and even if she somehow survives long enough to get big she will just be blocked again and again.

I think it needs more copy abilities like Dualcaster Mage. Also, shenanigans would abound with Isochron Scepter and Lightning Bolt. Other than that, great deck, and great tribute to chandra! +1

I don't want to use many spots for copy-abilities since they are very situational and no use by themselves, so i only want to play those that i can use more than once.

At the moment I play only one spell that could be put to any use while imprinted into Isochron Scepter and even if i add some more it would mostly be a waste as those would be pretty much useless on their own and even with the scepter, most red spells that meet its criteria simply aren't worth it

This is how I use Isochron Scepter. Smack a Reverberate on it, and then start copying your opponents spells. "Oh you diabolic revalation'd for three? I think I will too lol!"

yeah, but it doesn't work with most of my spells and I won't add it for the mere chance of maybe having both of these cards in hand.
