Yeah i saw a few from the heroes vs monsters dual deck, if sun titan is re-released that will be an amazing addition to the deck :p

Yeah there's nothing at the moment that quite compares... i'm actually a bit underwhelmed by Fiendslayer Paladin every time its been played against me its been a bit of a let down, can easily get around it... Vampire Nighthawk on the other hand is a complete nightmare! I look forward to running through a theros build with you once the spoilers are out

Great deck! I love this play style and have been looking for more combos with Strionic Resonator . +1 from me!

with both Path of Bravery and High Priest of Penance have you thought about using something like Staff of Nin or Rod of Ruin as cheap, continuous removal? A cheaper Rod of Ruin card might be worth looking for in the theros spoilers when they come out

Made a few alterations to my deck, trying out a main decked Path of Bravery and Brave the Elements in place of Strionic Resonator and Riot Control to see if it speeds up the game a little. Came to post on here and noticed you'd made some similar changes. How are you finding Silence at the moment? i can't decide whether i love it or not. Early game its amazing but late game it isn't quite as useful as i'd like, still deserves a place in the deck but I don't know how many i really want

I still love checkin' up on this deck and I'm running it pretty hardcore right now, but I have some changes as follows:

-1 Debt to the Deathless and -1 Silence

+2 Haunted Plate Mail

Working wonders.

@cptjmaverick Silence slows the fast game down for me, and allows me to play on my turf, the midrange; its useful throughout, but there are many times i'd rather have something else.

@mjolnir117 ive honestly considered cutting Debt to the Deathless and Crypt Ghast altogether. that power combo is too slow against the really competitive jund, W/B humans, mono white, junk. it does do pretty well against a lot of matchups; but i feel it just makes those games a bit faster, it doesnt necessarily win it for me. DtD is not a clutch card for me. i feel it would be better in a multiplayer format. i'm not sure how i feel about Haunted Plate Mail just yet. maybe ill playtest it; i just think i'd rather have a card that synergizes with the lifegain mechanic more; as thats this decks focus. and preferably a white creature. Fiendslayer Paladin may very well fit this role.

Thank both of you for your inputs as always.

Athreos, God of Passage would fit this deck perfectly.
