The goal of this deck is the cast the spell Guided Passage as much as possible. First, the spell is tutored out with any number of Sorcery tutors to find the spell. Then once it is cast, every single creature in the deck (one of which must always be searched out by your opponents) has the ability to bring Guided Passage back from the graveyard to hand. The value from the additional Land and Non-Creature spell that Guided Passage provides is the reward. Additionally, Guided Passage, when working with an opponent that is your ally at the time, can get the correct answer for another opponent that is ahead.

The rest of the deck is good value cards, lands with effects, and ramp to keep the mana count high to continue recasting Guided Passage while doing other things.
