Hello folks, yours faithfully again adding one more deck I use in my casual EDH group. This deck was helmed by Avacyn Guardian Angel before I decided to go on a more thematic approach and focus on soldier and knight type. The deck also contains a splash of clerics for that vorthos feel of "the crusades" but in MTG fashion. I did not have enough angel cards to go fully tribal so I took another one of my favorite characters from Innistrad; Thalia, Heretic Cathar. As such, this battlemaiden has earned a spot among the worthy of my commanders. A valiant general on the battlefield, both with skill and a delicate grace, she is a true leader of her armies. I reserved her previous encarnation to join Karador's army so she may tax my opponents. This deck intends to play equipments as an enhancer and tokens as a sub-theme to support the aggro suite of creatures to overrun the board. Thalia as a character is also an inspiring force on Innistrad and specially after the events of Eldritch moon and the horrors of the eldrazi. She brings hopes to her armies and a wrench to the enemie's battle-plan. Salvation is indeed brought by the edge of a sword.
