I made this deck for 25$, and have had fun with it. Basic plan is to stall with Hover Barrier and Wall of Frost, while shutting down the opponent by turning all their lands into islands. If you get out either Great Whale, Colossal Whale or Stormtide Leviathan it is game over. All feedback is much appreciated!
