First FNM —Oct. 15, 2017
Went 1-3-0.
First matchup was some durdly Paradox Engine Combo deck that we beat turn one by being fast and turn two by drawing our sideboard hate to remove their charge counter enabler: 2-0-0
Second matchup was Jeskai control. Beat down opponent in game 1, but got beat in the other two games by slow hands, removal and a mass of planeswalkers. Also misplayed a bit, should have won those games. 1-2-0
Third matchup was B/W Tokens. Had not very good hands and opponent managed to stall out both game 1 and 2 long enough. Also some misplays. Seems like a favorable matchup, should not have lost that: 0-2-0
Last matchup was Ad Nauseam. Opponent won game one because we were slow and wiffed on coco. Second game opponent just won too quickly for us. Seems like a miserable matchup where we don't have enough to fight against their game plan. 0-2-0
Changes: Got another Inquisition of Kozilek, Changed the 4:2 ratio of Doran to Assault formation back to 3:3. Creature removal just get's us too hard. Need to buy Stony Silence.
