Young Wolf is definitely good but there is no room. Champion of Lambholt s power gets plenty high with Sword of War and Peace, Sword of Feast and Famine, Revenge of the Hunted , and Wolfir Silverheart

This deck idea is absolutely amazing, +1, I liked Champion of Lambholt with my token deck, but after this deck, I like him even more. I know there isn't much room for it, but an idea to make the champion a little stronger, Wild Defiance, so say you hit him with Revenge of the Hunted instant +9/+9 and becoming powerful enough to prevent even over-buffed creatures from attack.
PS you can see Wild Defiance in the full release set for Avacyn Restored.

I can only really see Wild Defiance in an infect pup deck or in something with Kiln Fiend or Chandra's Phoenix but thanks for the suggestion!

I like using Curse of Stalked Prey with lambholt because it is really silly and I love it.
Check out my deck, it is very similar to yours.

Primeval Titan,Thunderous Wrath, Bonfire of the Damned . I think that they will be very good with this deck.

This deck is screaming for some Noxious Revival ... I would -2 Sword of Feast and Famine since your relying on mana dorks anyways which wouldn't untap from the effects and no really good utility land like Gavony Township to abuse with untapping lands... I really like the deck though... check out mine it's a bit similar but went white instead of red G/W ramp
+1

Thatcher Revolt is pretty baller with Champion of Lambholt . She gets big, all your stuff gets unblockable, then you swing for a ton.

You might consider Doubling Chant and or Chandra, the Firebrand (imagine her -2 on doubling chant of green sun's zenith]] and +12 sound a LITTLE bit better than +6 when copying Revenge of the Hunted )

I tell you, Hero of Bladehold is a beast w/ Champion of Lambholt :)

I think you should trade some swords around for diff effects and protection. Sword of Body and Mind is great with him (especially the problue in my meta everyone is playing Delver and having the champ loose all of his counters sucks.)

I love the deck's idea and I have to admit, I think it's kinda cheep (but non-the-less, effective). After looking around a bit, I've found there's a bit of weakness against bouncing or countering your Champion. So maybe something that will give you hexproof and counter-proof, like Autumn's Veil in the SB?
Also, if you could gain hexproof while adding counters, well, that's just icing on the cake. Try instants like Ranger's Guile for hexproof and bonuses! There's also Hunger of the Howlpack if you can get morbid. Maybe consider Triumph of the Hordes for a life-gain deck or to just throw your opponent off entirely :)
There are also a few creatures that can boost your Champion's power and toughness, take Deranged Outcast for example. Chump block with him, then use his ability to get yourself an extra +2/+2 for your champion. It's more cost effective than huntmaster ($$ wise).
Also, consider using Strata Scythe in the SB to bring in in case of same color dual/mono-colored decks. And if you can't get your hands on any swords, try a Heavy Mattock. Or for some extra nice power, Barbed Battlegear!
I'm just thinking that unless you have most of those costly cards, you could just as simply use these less expensive trade outs and it would hardly effect the game play or effectiveness of the deck. But I still like it, +1 from me.
P.S. And if you would, please check out my deck, deck:from-pod-to-vat-help. I'd appreciated it :) Anyway, nice deck!

thanks a ton thejadejedi, that was quite the comment, although i actually do have all of the cards (excluding some of the sideboard). All of your suggestions were great and ill definitely think about putting Autumn's Veil in my sideboard! Gotta hate those Vapor Snags takin counters off of your Champion of Lambholt haha. and ill make sure to check out your deck too.

Yea, I kinda just throw out all the stuff I can think of in one post :/ lol. I'm somewhat new to owning my own magic cards (I got my first cards in March 2012) and so I don't have very many high-dollar magic cards. I like trying to find fun ways to be very competitive with under $200 decks.
Also, I would add one more GSZ, because having (effectively) 8 of your key card is a bit better than 7. Not to mention the versatility of the deck.
As far as your deck's anti-artifact/enchantment sideboard, I'd drop most of it and just have a few extra Acidic Slimes and work a few other angles for speed. If you're working an aggro deck, you don't want to worry too much about controlling your opponent with answers but more about solving their (predicted) answers and getting more speed by working off their deck. At least that's what I think an aggro deck should do :)

And one more thing...have you considered using Act of Treason over Act of Aggression in your SB? (if you use life for the phryxian red, it's the same CMC).
May I ask how Thrun is supposed to work in this deck? Because he's just kinda...there.
Also, might I suggest using Predator Ooze? because you can use those as a target for Beast Within and Revenge of the Hunted , as well as having a wonderful, untouchable wall or a constant swinger that grows every swing and kill.

I never got champion to work in a rg beats (had it in this deck and dropped it: Double Tap) list, champion does do well, however, in naya humans (my current list: Champion.deck It's Happening) and any birthing pod deck (e.g. I Gots Pods, It Makes Guyz). I might drop the champions and a llanowar for 3 Hellrider s and 2 Phyrexian Metamorph , take it form experience, champion just does not work in beats. I might also drop a silverheart and a revenge of the hunted for 2 Wolfir Avenger s and look into Zealous Conscripts .
I have no idea why champion only works in odd lists that play an aggro base with a slight swell in the upper mana curve (such as naya pod), naya humans can abuse her just as well, esp. with Hero of Bladehold .
tl;dr make this rg beats and drop the champion, then make a naya humans list or naya pod

Young Wolf is a must if you're building around Champion of Lambholt . The interaction with Undying and the Champion is undeniably good, and you get a solid 1 drop to boot.
