Kind of an odd meme here, but the basic idea is to build up value in energy, +1/+1 counters, and lots of card advantage.
The primary card for early game is Winding Constrictor. Let me just say this is an insane uncommon. I put it in here and decided to take full advantage of it. It's synergy with Glint-Sleeve Siphoner is amazing, as it will almost always get you that upkeep draw. It makes Nissa, Voice of Zendikar's -2 ability huge, and it makes Rishkar, Peema Renegade's presence hard to look past. This card works with just about every other card in the deck.
Yahenni, Undying Partisan is another very synergistic card. Not only does it swing the turn it comes out, but his first ability is assisted by Winding Constrictor, and his sac ability triggers Fatal Push and Renegade Rallier. Also Nissa, Voice of Zendikar's plants are great sac targets.
Renegade Rallier is yet another batshit crazy uncommon. And put here, we can recur some of our most pivotal creatures. Aethergeode Miner, Glint-Sleeve Siphoner, and most importantly Winding Constrictor. His Revolt ability can be triggered by Yahenni, Undying Partisan, Aethergeode Miner, The Gitrog Monster, and your removal spells if you're REALLY desperate
Now you may be thinking, "But my guy, what's that frog doing in here? Doesn't he suck?" to which I would answer yes, The Gitrog Monster does suck. However, in here it's a very very very nice tool. Not only does he serve as a Revolt trigger with his land sacrifice, but he also gives you massive card advantage. Not to mention he's the only big creature in the deck.
So you're generally going to be building up your energy and spending it on Glint-Sleeve Siphoner, Aethergeode Miner, and Aether Hub. You're probably going to have more energy than you need, so I'll consider adding more Energy consumers. But yeah, that's about all I can think of to talk about. Tell me what you think!
