This is a "Budget" version of Abzan or Junk Midrange. Normally these decks cost just under $2000 and are unattainable for most players. This deck feels like a BG midrange deck in every way. It has the early disruption, the efficient creatures and the card advantage with courser of kruphix and lingering souls.

Since we are going a more untraditional route with Doran and courser of kruphix the price point of this deck is exceptionally low. It is higher than most budget decks do to the mana base needing to support our three colors at every point in the curve.

I checked out on TCGPlayer with an optimized cart with the deck costing $332 shipped. If you played Abzan in standard this past year you can buy this deck and get into modern for less than $240.
