Sideboard

Its real simple - give yourself some control, some options to ramp up a few big creatures and some ability to be a threat from turn 2. Its the Abzan you all know and love, with a couple of differences in there.

It has a variety of requirements, but basically can tun of 4 lands total, but the Warden of the First Tree and Rakshasa Deathdealers allow you to use up extra mana if you get flooded.

Managorgers - if these guys come out turn 3, you are laughing for the rest of the game as well. Very strong if people leave them alone- and if you deal with them you aren't dealing with the rest of the desk.

Anafenza - if she comes out turn 3, you will be happy too, as even just as a 4/4 she is solid.

Abzan Charms - solid - they can give you what you need when you need it.

Utter End : To get rid of those enchantments/plainswalkers you can otherwise just not deal with. No situation will see this card as unusable.

Abzan Priests/Falconers - Lifelink or flying can't hurt, and it means they have to shut down those managorgers or they lose.

Beastcaller Savant - this guy means you can play with 2 lands if you have 1 or two of these in your hand on the draw. Its risky if they have counter/control but if you need the extra pace to beat the control/mill setup, these guys are golden.

Sideboard : All cards to control the opponent if they have a habit of bringing out the real nasty stuff. Infinite Obliteration is broken if you know what their clutch card is. Death Frenzy is useful if they have a 'go wide' approach as you can't always counter that many tokens, and you often have a few creatures left over, and we don't have red in hand for Radiant Flames (a much better card most times). Despise is useful to get stuff out of their hand early if you can't play creatures due to mana, or midgame to see what they are holding.

Abzan Ascendancy can be useful if they don't run flyers as you can chain this with Abzan Falconer and Battle Priest to gain life and fly over the top to win or just stay in the game, and it gives you tokens in case of a board wipe.

Aligned Hedron Network is there for those times you are facing Eldrazi or green fatties ramp and need something to thin the top level creatures down.

It will be hammered once Khans and Fate Reforged leaves - I'll have to see what the future brings.
