Dust Stalker is a 4-mana Lava Axe that can be blocked. I don't think that is what you want. A better sorcery-speed removal beating threat is Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker.

except he still dies to sorcery speed removal...

This deck is insane. I keep thinking 'but what will he do against.... oh, I see'. I can't find many if any holes. It feels a little weak to hyper aggro decks, but then again you have lots of cards that can be used to slow them enough that you drop Siege Rhino and win.

Speaking of, I do think a fourth Siege Rhino is a good idea replacing 1 Dust Stalker because your midrange is already so strong and the rhino is so important for stabilizing. I don't think I've ever seen someone disappointed to get a siege rhino when they had the mana to cast it. Ever.

The mana base looks really strong and able to support 4C, so that's good.

Overall nice deck! It's super well tuned. I love it, but my god, it costs even more than my modern deck by a whole $7.

thanks for that suggestion! I think it makes a lot of since, so i did it!

Yeah, now that I look back you don't want to draw a second Dust Stalker because it will be dead in the hand, so it makes a lot of sense.

Otherwise I think you're there! Nice deck!

Cool deck. I'd find a way to add a single Mountain in there though, so it isn't awkward when you need red mana and can only fetch for something that comes in tapped.

Dust Stalker really doesn't seem like a good fit for this deck. Sure, sometimes it'll stick around because of Hangarback Walker or a morph, but most of the time you'll have to repeatedly recast it, or it'll trade with some lower drop creature. Also, Complete Disregard is just not a very good card, and Atarka's Command is better suited for a much more agressive deck.

Some potential replacemtents: Painful Truths, Ruinous Path, Utter End, Silkwrap, Kolaghan's Command, and more of cards you already have, like Deathmist Raptor, Den Protector, Abzan Charm, and Crackling Doom

P.S. I really like the deck! +1 for sure.

The point is that Dust Stalker comes back to my hand. I want it to attack in for 5 then bounce back.

I don't want much sorcery speed removal pre board, as it takes my turn. Silkwrap is pretty bad.
Kolaghan's Command is good, but i cut it for Crackling Doom.
Lastly, this deck is very aggresive in this new format, so Atarka's Command fits well, as it gives land advantage for Woodland Wanderer. Also, messing with a siege rhino trigger can be devastating.

This is a great deck idea and implementation! +1 from me. Here are my suggestions:

You have a lot of creatures that interact with +1/+1 counters, and you also have absolutely no one-drops. For this reason, i'd recommend Hardened Scales as a good turn 1 play.

I would also recommend Utter End over Complete Disregard. Sure it's an additional , but it hits everything.

Your land count is at 25, and your curve tops out at 4CMC. Also, you'll hardly ever have your tangolands come in untapped with such a low basic land count. I recommend adding in one or two more basics, keeping your maana distribution in mind, and also cutting your overall land count to 23ish.

This is such a good deck, in fact, that i think i'll feature it on my own deck.

cool! Thanks for the suggestions. I have debated about the Utter End switch, but im not sure how i feel about it. Id like to be able to exile their Deathmist Raptor when im on the draw. Perhaps Complete Disregard should primarily be a sideboard card. The reason i don't run any preboard one drops is because of how i predict the new meta to be. I think it will be much too slow for the most part to have people be really worrying about the one drops. I understand where you are coming from with Hardened Scales but i think id rather be able to play a tapland. Thanks for the suggestions!

I think your landbase needs a looking at: with only 4 basics you need to hit fetches or you risk getting slowed down by the battle lands. Speaking of fetches, they interact really well with Undergrowth Champion who, notably, can block and kill Deathmist Raptor requiring only a single counter (Abzan Charm gains even more utility when you consider this indestructible-esque interaction with the Champ).

This list looks great and deserves +1. I like it because it's very similar to a brew I've been playing with for a while and finally found ratios I liked. Take a look at my list if you're interested in another approach to the same theme. But I'd really look at the lands, cuz in goldfishing I've had very few bumps (it can still use some work, admittedly) hitting colors when I need them.

Sorry, I forgot that part of the thread. But I do enjoy the 4 Color Hate to Blue and I think that it looks fine. Let me know how it works when you test it

Have you considered Dust Stalker ? The deck seems aggressive so I thought I'd suggest it.

Very solid deck! These cards are absurdly powerful. I did some testing with this deck was short on white mana more often than any other colors.

Can you give a sideboard plan for this deck? I am using a copy of this deck in the SCG State Championships this weekend and need help with sideboarding decisions. Thanks!

Sprinting Warbrute is objectively better than Dust Stalker. just my two cents.

Ah, so you do. Missed that. Well then, in that case I guess I will reevaluate.

Seems pretty solid. Only other thing I could think of is maybe a cheaper form of removal and side the Utter End for "as needed" purposes.

It seems like you have a very weak set of answers to mono-red. Consider adding in some way to deal with them, either in the form of Arashin Cleric or more Flaying Tendrils/Radiant Flames/Fiery Impulse.

Oath of Chandra could also be an interesting addition to your deck.
