i don't like the complete absence of ramp, counterspells and removals. how do you plan to stop the opponents?

ascanio, Do you have any suggestions on things that would work well and not dilute the deck too much? Commander is a rough format for that, given the number of them you have to load your deck up with just to have some chance of drawing them, so I tend to just focus on out-pacing opponents instead.

you should first choose if you want your build to be more control or aggro. if you go with aggro, pack a lot of ramp and some cheap removal like Path to Exile , if you want more control go with counterspell and even more white removals. for both you need more card draw, even counters related cards like Zegana or Sage of Fables

Love the deck. First order of business should be to acquire some really badass dice to keep track of those counters. Maybe even get a huge stockpile of token cards so you actually have as many as you'll ever need.

Sorry, meant to include card suggestions in there too but forgot :P
Craterhoof Behemoth could be a hilarious finisher that would also be very hard to keep track of mixed in with all the varying powers and counters.
Avenger of Zendikar for late game overkill.
Decks running green should really consider Eternal Witness as she is wonderful.

I Feel that Rite of Replication would do some work in this deck. Especially with the Biovisionary for that LOL win.

think about Titan Forge, Solidarity of Heroes and Clockspinning? also, i can say from experience with my bant deck that Wargate is amazing. Thrummingbird could be some very fast proliferate and an aerial beater, and you might want more ramp potentially? Kiora, the Crashing Wave could potentially be defended by all these creatures, and used to explore each turn.

Regal Force, Craterhoof Behemoth and Avenger of Zendikar are on the heavy-cost side, and I already have trouble getting early-game traction. I'll keep them in mind, but I've already stripped them out of my deck once.
Rite of Replication is great, since you can suspend it and then pay the kicker cost when it fires off, but I found the resulting effect to be too slow for most games (turn eight, on average). I get better results out of Spitting Image, which can be Retraced multiple times, honestly.
Titan Forge is nice, but even if you have a proliferate engine in play, it's slow going. Only Gilder Bairn can accelerate it to a decent rate, and even then, we're still talking turn six or seven.
Basically, I'm at the point where there are way too many awesome synergestic cards, and I have to remove a core element of the deck to add any one of them in. :-(

Vorel of the Hull Clade could pump it as well since it's an artifact, and with the creature search in here that could likely be pretty easy to get out. Survival of the Fittest is overall just really good for search, and Wild Pair could have some interesting effects in here with how similar your creatures initial power/toughness seems to be. plus being able to cast Citanul Hierophants and have it bring Prophet of Kruphix along...

It's so beautiful... sob... I have always loved token and +1/+1 counter decks, and you fit them together perfectly. +1 for sure and keep it up.

High Sentinels of Arashin gains +1/+1 for every creature with at least one +1/+1 counter on it. It also gives creatures tokens.

Consider Sapphire Drake and Crowned Ceratok so you have a better chance to give your tokens flying and trample

What about the instant/sorcery token generators like Storm Herd, Martial Coup, Decree of Justice, etc?
March 20, 2015 12:59 p.m.
They are mostly out of the deck for the same reason Nomads' Assembly is on the Maybe list: they tend to be very expensive for the number of tokens generated, and I prefer reusable sources.
Self-sustaining or cheap variants like Mycoloth, Flurry of Wings, Mirror-Sigil Sergeant or Progenitor Mimic are top of my list for ROI, and things like Twilight Drover, Jade Mage and Rhys the Redeemed fill the "I have too much Mana and want to throw it at things" spot.

I find Plea for Guidance helpful for getting out your enabling enchantments.

Hm, maybe a Idyllic Tutor instead; trying to work the cost curve down a bit.
April 9, 2015 1:33 p.m.
I'm surprised I don't see Novijen, Heart of Progress and Oran-Rief, the Vastwood in here
April 10, 2015 6:17 p.m.
With that many tokens to attack with, you could very much so use a Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, even as a general.
April 24, 2015 4:27 p.m.
I would recommend putting in Hooded Hydra for Triskelion Large creature that when it dies gives you tokens. Also big fun with doubling season and cathar's crusade.
Has X +1/+1 counters on it. It dies, you put 2X creatures on the field and then put 4x-2 +1/+1 counters on each of them.

Totally agree with shaistyone, you can't forget the Thrummingbird in a deck like this one, plus, Prime Speaker Zegana is really a good draw.
