The deck I ACTUALLY ended up using for the Emperor event. Obviously getting Phenax is the goal here, but in playtesting it has survived rather well. The big argument with Phenax actually being useful was that you cut down the opportunities you had to be on the offensive. I viewed it a little differently, because it allows you to be offensive (through milling in MASSIVE quantities) while never having to stop being on the defensive (because you can do it at the last possible second in any given scenario). Any real threats can be handled through Plumeveil, and the Clones give you a chance to replicate their biggest threats if a different approach becomes necessary.
