Game Style

The three main game styles of Magic are Aggro, Combo, and Control.

Sultai is undoubtedly a color group suitable for cemeteries, and there are excellent creatures that can be repeatedly used as sacrifices in long-term games to take advantage of their value.

But the plans and tactics I attempt to show in this deck are flexible and slightly competitive. Commander Sidisi's ability to create zombies fits with certain key cards, and Self-Mill is also one of the ways to quickly find parts in addition to draw cards and tutors.

  Scenario 1. No combo piece in graveyard: Search Fish, Dread Return, Spellseeker.

  Scenario 2. Dread Return in graveyard: Search Fish, D.C. and Snapy

  Scenario 3. Fish in grave, search Dread Return, Snapy and D.C.

  Scenario 4. D.C. in grave: Search Fish, Snapy, and Dread Return

  And So On! You could use Eternal Witness instead of Snapy.

  If Flipside Jace or WAR Tamiyo already in play, they could help too.

• Leveler + Thassa's Oracle

  With both ETB trigger at the same time. Victimize, Living Death.

  Recursion two times. Dread Return, Reanimate + Snapcaster Mage, Finale of Devastation + Eternal Witness etc.

Lower Budget Options

Use lower budget cards to adjust the power-level of your deck to suit your community.

Act On Petition Budget About $300 Budget.

• Cyclonic Rift.

  I think a simple Wash Out is good enough.

• Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath.

  Based on budget considerations, you can use the following cards with these keywords instead of Uro.

  They can help you draw a card, whether in your hand or the graveyard.

  E.g, Flashback, Escape, Retrace, Jump-start, Unearth, Eternalize.

• Intuition

  For the same reason, replace Intuition with Buried Alive.

  (But you needs extra tutor card to find your Dread Return)

• Snapcaster Mage

  Mission Briefing, Archaeomancer, Mnemonic Wall, Possessed Skaab, Salvager of Secrets.

• Counter Magic

  Counterspell, Memory Lapse, Nimble Obstructionist.

• Tutors

  Mystical Tutor, Lim-Dul's Vault, Muddle the Mixture, Dimir Infiltrator, Drift of Phantasms, Perplex, Dimir House Guard etc.

• Oko, Thief of Crowns

  Imprisoned in the Moon, Lithoform Blight, Reality Shift etc.

• Cavern of Souls and Fetch Lands.

  {UB}: River of Tears, Fetid Pools, Morphic Pool, Temple of Deceit, Underground River, Tainted Isle

  {GU}: Flooded Grove, Skyshroud Forest.

  {BG}: Twilight Mire, Pine Barrens, Tainted Wood.

  Any Color: Mana Confluence, City of Brass, Gemstone Mine, Path of Ancestry.

  Mutavault A land you may wanna put in?

Be Prepared

Winning by using publicly viewable areas like graveyards will inevitably be disturbed.

But We Go All-In! The ways to shut you down could be one of them:

• Permission

• Target Removal

• Empty Graveyard

• The Void

• Inability to Function

• No Trigger Ability

• Or Just A Dick Move.

You may have a chance to counter.

• Negate Twice, Arcane Denial

If you miss the timing to counter, fortunately, permanents that against you usually are enchantments, artifacts, sometimes a creature.

Try to remove it? I got something for ya!

• Assassin's Trophy, Cyclonic Rift etc.

  Cuz not much space left, a flexible and comprehensive removal also in low CMC which is important!

  Allow being tutored by Spellseeker.

• Masked Vandal, Reclamation Sage

  ETB removal, good for Sidisi.

• Nature's Claim, Caustic Caterpillar

  Which able to pass through Torpor Orb and react instantly.

  Could being tutored or fetch by Fauna Shaman, Eldritch Evolution.

• There is no one-size-fits-all solution, sometimes you just need to change the way you win.

  If it is a creature stop you from winning, cast Sultai Charm or strike down them by using the people's hammer!

  Otherwise, JUST BEATS THEM TO DEATH!

• For the dumbass fools who dare to play dirty, YOU-MILL-BACK!
