This is a theoretical deck I made for fun. I wanted to see what an all-in artifact deck in mono- looked like with few restrictions. No budget considerations beyond not having mega cards like Mana Crypt and Gaea's Cradle. Perhaps a soft $60 limit. Zero enchantments as well, as a goof. I think an actual competitive Oviya list would have a few enchantments for sure.
Perhaps there's fun to be had doing +1/+1 counters ans a subtheme? Oviya would have nothing to do with it but there are some incidental synergies, like Hangarback Walker and Steel Overseer. We'll see. Probably better to go all-in on +1/+1 counters. Oviya's specialty is definitely adding to the creature count and artifact count itself.

I wanted to try Artifacts Matter as a theme. It's not well-supported in Green, obviously, so it seemed it wasn't worth the financial investment to supercharge the idea with the powerful artifact cards. The payoffs are weak--Darksteel Juggernaut comes to mind.
