I'd also suggest a couple Forced Adaptation s, they're super cheap and can be extremely useful, especially for a counter deck!

I like it but I have a couple of thoughts. First, if you read Renegade Krasis 's ability, Advocate of the Beast won't trigger it when it puts +1/+1 counters on it. It's only when Renegade evolves, not just when it gets +1/+1 counters.
Second, Sapphire Drake and Zegana are fun cards, but (especially Zegana due to costing two blue) I feel like there are better things to use in this deck that won't force you to splash blue as much. If you really want to stick with blue, I recommend Give /Take
Third, I made a somewhat similar deck the other day with the goal being to make it as cheap as possible (I got it under $10 for the whole deck) The Beastie Boys. Feel free to steal ideas.
Fourth and finally (sorry for the long post), Ivy Lane Denizen would be a great addition for you.

Thank you so much for the suggestions and ideas guys! Keep em coming!
I thought about Gyre Sage and I do have enough copies to replace Elvish Mystic ...so actually yeah, I probably will make that change. I just didn't think of that card at the time. I'm still in the testing phase and I figured the more beasts the better, but Mutant's Prey may be a god thing to sideboard in case I need more removal I would have to play around with Forced Adaptation a little bit. From my experience, it always seems to be slightly slower than I want it to be. But it may be a good sideboard card to think about
I did not actually notice that JagonFel. Thanks for pointing that out. I would like to keep blue in this deck however just because Sapphire Drake alone can give almost everything evasion and win games for me. I consider it a late game win condition essentially. Also Agoraphobia is a great way to keep Renegade Krasis 's power down so almost every creature can trigger evolve. I will however look at your deck and see if I can pull some ideas from it. Thank you :-)

Skylasher , Mistcutter Hydra , Savage Summoning , Master Biomancer !? ADD The master for sure, but I feel like these other cards are awesome and fit your theme.

The ability of Renegade Krasis only triggers when it evolves, not whenever a 1/1 counter goes on it.

That I realize balloonicorn15. But after playing this deck last night, it was just enough to have a 3/2 who could get counters on every turn using Advocate of the Beast . Most of the creatures in this deck can also continue to evolve Renegade Krasis however, especially if one of the Master Biomancer s happen to be in play.

Oh I know both are still good, I just wanted to make sure you knew that because of the way you talk about it in your description.

Yeah. I really need to update this deck. It's already gone through many many changes. Do yo have any advice or suggestions that might help this deck out?

What if you halve the amount of Rapid Hybridization in your deck and take out Zamek, for the 2x Bow of Nylea from your sideboard, and 2x Ordeal of Nylea ? Bow of Nylea will help you add +1/+1 counters when needed and bring out Nemesis of Mortals sooner (and deathtouch is a nice touch). Ordeal of Nylea is good for getting a couple +1/+1 counters and to have more mana to play with.
A card that might be good either in your sideboard or main deck depending on how often you face things like doomblade is Ranger's Guile . It is very cheap and will help you keep your creatures around, plus doing a little more damage is always a good thing.
Also Plasm Capture could work well in the sideboard to counter various mid-late game spells and give you a boost of mana to play with.

Just saying, Jace does nothing, if not very little, to help with your win condition. I would pull him out for more aggression.

why jace? you need to take it out....like bad....maybe add 2x Vorel of the Hull Clade in its place? also needs less blue mana and more green mana btw

I'd put in Gyre Sage for speed. Maybe some more removal like Mutant's Prey instead of the Rumbling Baloth 's that don't add that much to your deck.
