Upgrading to Aether Revolt. Everyone in here is a lady. Yes, even the giant lizard.
Four-color superfriends, updated for Kaladesh standard. No boys allowed.
Gnarlwood Dryad. Just useful early defense, and occasionally late-game beater.
Oath of Nissa. Obviously great win a 4-color planeswalker deck.
Blessed Alliance. Deals with Copter, potentially.
Sylvan Advocate. No need to explain how good this is.
Incendiary Flow. Deals with recursive threats, and dulls early aggro, but no good against Copter.
Thalia. Taps enemy creatures, which is clutch with Nahiri.
Tireless Tracker. Usually gets a clue or two then chump blocks, which bridges us into the late game. Sometimes goes on aggro.
Weirding Wood. This is, bizarrely, what makes the deck work: color-fixing for Tamiyo and Nahiri, ramping into Chandra or a Gearhulk, and digging into the deck. It's damned satisfying to go turn 3 Weirding Wood, turn 4 Tireless Tracker, drop a land, and crack a clue.
Tamiyo. She is perfectly fine if she just stops 2 creatures for 2 turns and then hits the graveyard. Occasionally in slow games you go Oath of Gideon into Tamiyo and the angels sing.
Nahiri. Wonder Woman. Dig when it's safe. Exile critters (or stuff like Stasis Snare) to save yourself.
Ishkanah, Grafwidow. To deal with UW Flash.
Chandra Flamecaller. Never feel bad to drop her and -4 to wipe out 2 creatures, or even just a single Avacyn. She's weak against vehicles and GW tokens, though. I've found it useful to bait a Gideon +1 and attack by throwing out an unprotected planeswalker. If they use Gideon's +1 and have no tokens to block, Chandra can send in a pair of elementals to take the slab of meat down.
Felidar Sovereign. Target for Nahiri's ult. Blocks Gideon.
The current design is tuned for a meta with a lot of aggro. I'm weak against blue-white flash, but solid against Delirium and Vehicles.
Sideboard
Appetite for the Unnatural and Fragmentize. Obviously for Copter and artifact-heavy decks.
Negate. Not thrilled with this, but helps against combo decks.
Declaration in Stone. Not sure about this. Usually deployed against Delirium and graveyard recursion decks.
Radiant Flames and Authority of the Consuls. Come in versus aggro.
Tamiyo, Field Researcher. Comes in against control decks, and creature decks that don't go wide, like Delirium, to help my creatures get in beats.
Nissa, Vital Force. Comes in against control decks to outvalue them.
Ulvenwald Hydra. Backup target for Nahiri's ult. Useful against flash. Once even fended off an Emrakul. With Nissa, against a control deck it's actually possible to go turn 6 ult Nissa, drop land, drop Hydra, tutor land, draw two cards.
