My attempt at Simic stax deck revolving around land denial. I attempt to destroy or return lands to your hand and play enough of my own that I outpace the removal which I'd say works very well most of the time. There is still a lot of work to go into the deck to make it true CEDH but I've had a small measure of success as is at a few CEDH tables. I have trouble making it much more powerful though as in my playgroup (not the CEDH table) this deck is group enemy number one and it teeters on being group banned (which I completely understand.) But I do still hope to lean more into it soon since I am convincing my group to get more powerful decks and I'll be allowed to power it up more.

Sorry for the weak description I am putting a lot of my decks on here today, hopefully I'll come back later and expound further.
