I recently fell in love with the Mid-Range Control decks, and decided to give it a go.

Aetherling is the main win-con here, but I've always liked Assemble the Legion and decided to splash R in for the secondary win. I've noticed Jace, Architect of Thought is an early answer for Legion, so I decided to throw in Elspeth for the emblem to help get around that.

The rest seems to be pretty standard control mechanics, with a bunch of counters and Rift and Verdict to clear the board; the splash of red does allow for Anger of the Gods and a few Counterflux for extra board and spell control, which I really liked.
