Trying to play around fabricate. Using and abusing the servo tokens for different things here. Sacrifice them to fuel Eliminate the Competition, Fuel Oviya Pashiri, Sage Lifecrafter, and/or use them with silly combat tricks like Blossoming Defense. Easy kill potential with Marionette Master synergy and Second Harvest. Interested in ideas for sideboard. Havent had a chance to get to FNM for current standard so i've only heard what the meta is... have not seen it for myself.
I know the curve is a liiiitle bit high, but after play testing it wasnt all that bad. Bounce some ideas off me and lets keep this budget as possible.
Cheers!
-----------------1/3/17 UPDATE--------------------New cards: Servant of the Conduit, Selfless Spirit, Nissa, Voice of Zendikar, Weaponcraft Enthusiast, Master Trinketeer, Angel of Invention, Authority of the Consuls, Cryptolith Rite, and Blooming Marsh Fortified Village dual lands.
So instead of just splashing black before i decided to splash black and white. After playing for a few hours i saw how fast the meta has become. I was either getting killed turn 4/5 because i couldnt get momentum (My high curve) or my board was getting cleared before i could utilize my servos. So what i tried to do was build a bit more into slowing my opponent down with Authority of the Consuls and protect my weenies with cards like Selfless Spirit. I know that 4 cards isnt much to combat this, but thats because i feel like it wasnt my biggest problem. More like an addition to my problem. The real problem was my curve. It was way too high and i was having a lot of trouble populating my board. So by splashing some good low CMC white cards like Master Trinketeer and Selfless Spirit, along with exchanging some cards for lower CMC cards like Weaponcraft Enthusiast, i was able to come out faster. Nissa, Voice of Zendikar is a good fit in my eyes because she makes more chump blockers and for a -2 will buff every card on my board. Which, in my eyes, is a fantastic 3 drop. I feel like Servant of the Conduit is a much better fit for tri color. Also having Cryptolith Rite is just a slam dunk. Imagine how much mana i can produce with 6 fabbed servos? It makes activated abilities easier to use for my other cards, while keeping mana untapped. Overall i think these changes really round out the deck and make it more competitive. Let me know what you all think!
