Using persistent stalkers to break through opponents' psyche and make them surrender themselves.

Almost every creature is unblockable or has flying so it is easy to use cipher and encoded abilities to multiple effect of spells that make opponent put his own library into a graveyard and consequently loose the game.

I am not sure although if I should put altar of dementia to have one more win-condition - trepanation blade on a creature and sacrifing it when it has +X/0 bonus till the end of the turn or just sacrifing nighthowler or any creature if there is a few cards left in enemy's library. What do you think? I know there is no much synergy with nighveil specter, but it is a good, cost-wise card so I've put it in here. There are still 62 cards though.
