I wanted to take the best aspects of a cipher deck and give it a spin back to being the Dimir deck it was meant to be not an izzet deck that can stumble in the mid game due to trying to run 3 colors. this two color take is less explosive but more reliable and it also runs a better high end if your opponent gets in a clutch removal spell, besides using Triton tactics to untap desecration demon and swing anyways or get a huge blocker after his trigger resolves is priceless.

still a work in progress but i want to run this next week at fnm.
