Aggresive Death - G/B - Ravnica Block

Standard BG (Golgari)

Voxelbuffer

Sideboard

So, I'm new here, but I've been trying to make myself a decent Golgari deck with nothing that will be cycled out in the near future, because I like to plan ahead.

Unfortunately, I have limited deck knowledge and cash, so some of these cards (i.e. Overgrown Tomb ) can be somewhat substituted (i.e. Golgari Guildgate )

So, the focus of this deck is to try and win with Lotleth Troll and Dreg Mangler as soon as possible, using your umpteen-dozen kill spells to make sure nothing dangerous is there to stop you.

CREATURES -

Lotleth Troll - The bread and butter of almost any Golgari deck these days, and this deck is no exception. Just too good to pass up.

Slitherhead - Cheap as chips and very useful at the beginning of the game.

Dreg Mangler - Another staple. They hit so hard for their cost.

Corpsejack Menace - Buffs your scavenges and the discard feature of Lotleth Troll . You can also use it offensively and defensively as 4/4 isn't bad at all.

Deadbridge Goliath - One of the walking tanks of the deck. Bring it out as soon as you can and block anything that threatens you.

Desecration Demon - This card is just too good in my opinion to pass up. Fly over their heads for massive chunks or scare them into killing their own things.

Varolz, the Scar-Striped - Another staple of the deck. Cheap and effective, it can provide massive buffs to everything you need throughout the game.

Deathrite Shaman - Dirt cheap and very useful throughout the game. Anyone who plays Golgari and doesn't run Deathrite Shaman needs to rethink everything.

INSTANTS -

Ultimate Price - Very useful for getting rid of small things early to beat the opponent down as fast as possible.

Abrupt Decay - Also one of the core cards in any Golgari deck. Useful for getting dangerously cheap things away as quickly as possible.

Putrefy - Just in case things are getting extremely dire, this can bump off just about anything, provided it isn't countered.

SORCERIES -

Gaze of Granite - Like Killing Wave with no opportunity to bring anything back. I do love my kill spells

SIDEBOARD -

Wasteland Viper - Primary used to kill Hexproof targets, it can also be used as cheap cannon fodder.

Devour Flesh - So you board wiped with Gaze of Granite and the pesky Obzedat, Ghost Council was blinked so it lived. Well, not for long. Can also be used in a pinch to regain some life.

Naturalize - Standard Green sideboard card..

Golgari Charm - Haha, no Supreme Verdict for you!

Renegade Krasis - Theoretically this could be used in the same way as buffing Wild Beastmaster beyond repair, with the added bonus of everything else gets buffed as well. Also pretty cost effective.

Skylasher - Used to counter big threats such as Geist of Saint Traft at the drop of a hat. Also cannot be countered!

Thanks for viewing guys, and as always, if you have any suggestions, feel free to suggest them!

Updates Add

So I played with my old deck and I won 4/8 games against my friend. Vraska the Unseen turned out to offer nothing to the deck, so I scrapped her. Instead I put in a few Desecration Demon, and sideboarded Skylasher and Renegade Krasis.

Hopefully it will work at FNM.
