This deck kills on Turn 4 almost every time if there is no interruption. Usually there is however so you may just have to wait for turn 5. What a shame....

The ideal start you can expect without drawing 3 or 4 Burning-Tree Emissary's is this:

Turn 1) Experiment One

Turn 2) Burning-Tree Emissary in to Flinthoof Boar which makes Experiment One a 3/3 attacker on turn 2. They are at 17 life.

Turn 3) Lots of options here but ideally I guess you would go Lightning Mauler soulbonded to Rakdos Cackler . Total damage swinging on Turn 3 from Experiment One, Burning-Tree Emissary, Flinthoof Boar , Lightning Mauler and Rakdos Cackler = 12. Puts them at 5 life in a perfect situation but you can expect them to be at a minimum of 10. Imagine being the opponent at this point. You have two lands down and are below 10 life. Ouch.

Turn 4) Just swing with everything and play whatever is left in your hand. Playing Mark of Mutiny is a guaranteed win, bloodrushing Ghor-Clan Rampager will usually win, using Pillar of Flame or Brimstone Volley can burn them out or you could just play more hasty creatures. It's a little bit too easy to win on turn 4 with this deck actually.

Quick Sideboard Explanation:

Legion Loyalist --> For Lingering Souls and other annoying tokens that disrupt aggro

Stromkirk Noble --> Too auto-win against humans

Skylasher --> For Azorius Charm and Detention Sphere and the like

Skullcrack --> For Sphinx's Revelation and Thragtusk Primarily but overall pretty versatile.

Anyways, upvote if you like the deck or just feel like "cheersing" a standard deck that wins on Turn 4. Thanks for taking a look and please feel free to suggest ways to make it better!
