Aggro Infect (budget, $50)

Just trying this strategy. Not familiar with infect, but do play a lot of aggro. Please smash that upvote button and check this deck out! I think its worth a shot. The goal of this deck is to give a cheap creature with infect trample and then pump it as much as possible. There are two ways to do this. My preference would be rancor one turn, then next turn dump a couple mutagenic growth or titan's strength. This allows for the trample to be used to its full potential. Another, less preferable but equally formidable route is to bloodrush Ghor Clan Rampager and then pump with mutagenic growth or titan's strength. Given that you want to win by turn 3 or 4, this is a less viable strategy because brute strength costs two mana. Still, with mutagenic growth you can just shock yourself and titans strength is only one mana. Also, Ghor Clan Rampager does a nice job of pumping the creature by itself. An extra four power is nothing to sniff at, especially because, with trample, that is an extra four out of the ten counters needed to kill your opponent. For two mana, however, it is a little underwhelming. Still, if you need to just mark those last couple infect counters on turn three or four, Ghor Clan Rampager can be just as deadly as any other card in this deck. The only real weakness to this deck is that, being full of one and two mana cards, it can be easy to run out of cards in hand. Still, if you have been able to cast all of your cards, chances are you're prettty far along your path to victory.

I appreciate any feedback.

Thanks, OJFmtgNERD out
