Rapid Hybridization ? Especially if you snag their Tusk, Hybrid that guy and get two 3/3s and 2 +1/+1 counters on your Manipulator. Otherwise just handy removal.

I don't know, maybe a Dissipate or Cyclonic Rift ? To be honest I hardly play Blue in Standard.

This deck would rule the school in extended or modern with the use of proliferation.

But maybe cut some creatures for some protection on that simic manip.... Mizzium Skin anyone? And losing a manip to removal or such would make this deck stumble, can you ever have mono blue without draw power?? Maybe a Curiosity or 2 for those unblockable. but again, I wouldn't even be mad losing to this deck, in fact, I probably could not contain my laughter.

Just kidding, didnt see the ring. Still suggest some card draw... I personally would cut Metropolis Sprite

Maybe add more control. Devastation Tide would actually be decent in there.

Would you use a Tamiyo, the Moon Sage in this deck, if you had one?

This is a pretty hilarious deck. I would put in some more control/tempo sort of cards like Unsummon , Syncopate , Mizzium Skin (for your creatures), Rapid Hybridization , possibly something like Redirect , and drop down your total number of creatures. Using Simic Manipulator you will get your creatures to win. I'd go with 4x Simic Manipulator , 4x Fog Bank , 4x Delver of Secrets  ^Flip , and that would probably be it for creatures.

Your Creature is My Creature My take on it. Even though now that I'm looking at it, I'm debating about dropping the Claustrophobia for Tamio.

Gonna totally troll this weeks' TNM with this :)

I like creatures and Claustrophobia fits the "phobia" theme, but more control would probably be better a la your take on it!

Plus the critters give me more ways to evolve my Mannipulator. And Latch Seeker just begs to be played with Ring of Evos Isle !

Update: Had to cut Claustrophobia , doesn't synergize well enough in this deck. Replaced them with Clone so I can copy before I steal!

How do we feel about throwing some illusionist bracers in this deck?

Ooo, not bad with an overloaded Downsize , and lets me 2-for-1 with Void Stalker ! Good idea. Adding one, swapping out a Downsize which I actually draw too often.

Think a lot of people are going to develop Agoraphobia after playing against this deck! No creatures are safe on the opponent's side of the board...

As you got counter against control decks in sideboard, I don't think there's much more to say to this deck than "I approve this"! :)

Thanks! Had a lot of fun w/it at TNM, it got mana screwed and had bad matchups (went up against a hexproof deck, whoops)...but when I run it in the Playtester it runs so smooth!

Will definitely bring it back. Would love to hear if anyone else gives this a shot, how it works for them.

Hey I built this deck and am gonna take it to FnM next week. I'm not sure about the Illusionist's bracers though. It wouldn't trigger void stalker because that's a mana ability. Also why do you have the welkin tern's in here? I put fog banks in instead it just seemed more useful.

Also if hexproof is a big problem I'd put glaring spotlight in your sideboard, sorts hexproofs right out. :)
