Ashnod's Coupon is a wonderful card, but you have to rip it up when you use it which can be a bit of a problem sometimes. So, why not use a token version instead? Why stop there? Why not 500 tokens for 500 drinks?! Excessive? Yes. Somewhat pointless? Very much so. But that doesn't mean you can't force people to fetch you drinks in the middle of a game while causing no harm to your coupons. You will truly be the Coupon Queen.

The deck works around using protoype portal and Unwinding Clock to spawn an almost endless number of 0 cost tokens - the engine also works with Ornithopter, Memnite, Lotus Petal and Seat of the Synod as a few more tangible examples. You tap your portal to spawn 1 token. Then you tap that new token and an untapped artifact using clock to untap portal and make a new token. Repeat this process until you can make no more tokens or your opponent concedes and stops talking to you out of pure detest at the amount of time you take to build a hoard of almost-pointless tokens. Couple the combo with Unwinding Clock and take up time in their turn too because why not?

The sideboard for this deck replaces a few cards in the build to make it a proper functioning deck - it changes from BU to BW and focuses on fetching Ornithopter for use with Prototype Portal and it can get very devastating very fast. But, the true purpose of this deck is to just have a bit of fun and have a few drinks. Or a lot of drinks.
