I only play mill. It is just for fun simply because I enjoy it. On the other hand I would like to be a strong casual standard player (I know this is not a top tier strategy for competitive). The mana base of this deck consists of 24 lands and 4 Fabled Passages. Clearwater Pathway can be used as either an Island or a Swamp, depending on your needs, while Drowned Catacomb and Watery Grave provide both colors of mana. Fabled Passage can be used to search for a basic land, which can help with mana fixing. The main strategy is to use cheap mill cards like Ruin Crab, Merfolk Secretkeeper, and Maddening Cacophony to mill your opponent's deck as quickly as possible, while using counterspells like Drown in the Loch and Lullmage's Domination to control the board. Into the Story and Frantic Inventory provide card draw to keep the deck going, while Vantress Gargoyle and Jace, Mirror Mage provide additional mill effects and a win condition.
