Started as Tribal Merfolk deck, complimented by large kraken/leviathans, but didn't really work. It tended to work when a heavy hitter came onto the board for free with Quest for Ula's Temple. Lots of control with Unsummon, Mana Leak, Dissolve and Voyage's End . Enemy creatures can be easily bounced back to hand with Whelming Wave and when scourge of the fleets hit the battlefield. Key is to get out Quest for Ula's Temple and scry to ensure a creature is on top of deck before turn starts to get the quest counters. And in case that doesn't work, an old school High Tide to be able to afford the pricey beasts.
