Hello, im completely new to MTG and have been playing for one or two months, casually with a friend of mine. I got the innistrad starter pack (2 Decks ) aswell as some boosters to begin with, and found some cards (red instants and sorceries, green/white small creatures, rigo) i like to use, which lead me to optimizing and replacing cards to match my desired playstyle. I went to buy mostly cheap single cards and this is what i came up with.

The Basic Idea is to play small 1/1 creatures like backup agent and timberland guide that provide +1/+1 counters in the beginning, playing rigo early to get card draw as the low creatures attack - working towards playing ajani safely in combination with oath of nissa and MAYBE chainveil to summon a storm of 1/1 cats. burn down the house provides 3x 1/1 devils or board clear, red instants are used to supress the opponent... i think you get the idea!

Mana production works pretty well for me with myriad and fabled etc. (im not an expert by any means :D) and i like the overall playstyle. Also this deck pulled off some wins against my friend (hes got this huge latest challenger green deck, a refined-over-the-years blue cancel deck with guyle and some naughty tricks and a red "face" deck, aswell as a black skeleton regen deck) but i think you can always learn!
