The Goal of the Deck is to Build up a field with nice cycling-effects (like Drake Haven, Archfiend of Ifnir, or Faith of the Devoted) and then cycling all the time.

In early game the counterspells (Censor + Countervailing Winds are very helpful to slow down the opponent until you have enough mana to play the propably best cycling-card: Archfiend of Ifnir

The Ruthless Sniper is also very helpful to remove annoying creatures of your enemy.

Also notice, that you may cycle at instant speed. So when the opponent attack, you may cycle some cards to push up your Shadowstorm Vizier or Vile Manifestation and block with them.

Abandoned Sarcophagus and Hollow One are great cards introduced by Hour of Devastation, I'll try to trade some more of them and put them into the Deck. Maybe I will also remove some Curator of Mysteries, its a nice creature, but there are better ones i guess. Maybe I should also put in some more mana.

One last tip, how to play this deck: Always cycle as late as possible (so when the opponend ends his turn) so you will always have your mana open to possibly play a counterspell from your hand (or even your graveyard with Abandoned Sarcophagus)
