Obviously cards like Shock and Magma Jet can slow me down, but the ability to steamroll in the early game means that I'll have the early life total advantage. My opponent won't be able to swing at me for fear of a crackback, and in the meantime I chip them to death or cast Boros Charm to the face.

Cards like Azorius Arrester and Firefist Striker can stop early blockers, and Legion Loyalist giving Trample and First Strike ensures that I have the advantage in combat.
