I typically don't go for Spellslinger strategies, but Otters are cute and I somehow cracked an Alania and a Ral, Crackling Wit in the same pack so I was inspired to brew.

The name of the game is copying Instants, Sorceries, and Otters with Alania, and to abuse her trigger we have Roaming Throne, Harmonic Prodigy, and Veyran, Voice of Duality (for instants/sorceries only). With one cast of Time Warp and all trigger-doublers out at once, we can have five extra turns alone, not to mention doing the same with Time Stretch.

We only run some of the better Otters, which range from OK to good, and most of whom are from Bloomburrow, mainly because Alania also allows us to copy them. And with Maskwood Nexus it allows us to copy all the creatures, which just emphasizes how strong Maskwood Nexus is.

We win with a Bria-boosted army smashing face or by getting enough mana into a Comet Storm or wracking up enough of a Thousand-Year Storm count to Lightning Bolt people to death. To help expedite both, we run the Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter combo. With 2 mana alone we can keep casting Dramatic Reversal over and over, wracking up a high Prowess boost to run over everything. With our Extra Turn spells, we can easily run over any opposition until we finally hit face for game. And for the mana side, having more than two mana, especially sources that can tap for any, can generate us infinite mana to feed into a Comet Storm to blast everyone else or draw people out with a copied Stroke of Genius. The Stroke of Genius can also win us the game with a cast Thassa's Oracle or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries.
