This is a blue, black and white deck helmed by Alela, Artful Provocateur.

The primary strategy of the deck is to play your commander, then follow it up with numerous artifact and enchantment spells to strengthen your own position and weaken your opponents. Once you've played several artifacts and enchantments, you'll be ready to fly over your opponents!

While getting your commander out early is ideal, it is often better to build up your board state with mana rocks such as Sol Ring, Midnight Clock or the Signets. That way, you can play your commander and then other artifacts or enchantments in the same turn you play your commander, guaranteeing you value before your opponents may take Alela out!

When playing against Volrath, the Shapestealer, your opponent has few fliers. Maintain aerial advantage and keep your opponent's threats contained, and you can win. Martial Law can prevent Volrath from using his ability to clone.

When playing against Rienne, Angel of Rebirth, keep an eye out for Rule of Law. Rienne decks are reliant on building their board quickly with cheaper creatures, and this card will only let them play one a turn, which sharply reduces their aggression.

When playing against Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper, you can prevent a lot of tension by keeping their commander in check with removal. Using cards like Oblivion Ring or Conclave Tribunal will prevent their deck from building up as much value. Like with Volrath, it is also vulnerable to aerial attacks.
