Budget Alesha deck for 2v2 games--no tutors
--focused on synergy and building a value engine--only five (non-lands) that cost more than $5 TCG Low

Our meta-game requires GY hate. We have a Scorpion God Deck, Meren, Marchesa Black Rose, etc. So I put in several creatures to combat these strategies. The 2v2 metagame is also somewhat grindy, and value engine based. So I tried to pack as much Artifact, Enchantment, and Creature removal as possible. If more Land based decks pop up, then Ravenous Baboons will go back into the list. The Maybeboard is quite extensive and more so represents most of the card pool I considered. I would like to find more room for Sumggler's Copter and Lim-Dul's Paladin as both of these seem to provide sneaky efficient discard outlets. Sac'ing your own creatures at instant speed is highly under-valued, and is relevant way more often in actual games than the decklist shows.

Current ideas for play-style:T1, T2 are ramp and setup a discard outlet. Or play an early drop that can self-sacrifice.T3 play Alesha.T4, attack and reanimate a juicy target. Sac creatures to keep the graveyard toolbox full.T5+ Continue to attack aggressively, reanimate creatures, build out the value engine and reanimator sac/recur synergies, find a card draw engine etc.

Once you have enough creatures in your graveyard, the reanimate effects are basically ANY card/ effect you need them to be. Thus the large number of reanimation enchantments.

The creatures in the deck have basically every effect you could want attached to them:Destroy effects for- creatures, artifacts, enchantments, lands.Card draw, discard, sacrifice outlets, mana ramp, a few board wipes, etc.

Combos:

Fiend Hunter or Faceless Butcher + instant speed sac outlet = permanent creature exile (sac either one in response to the ETB trigger)

Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit + Murderous Redcap + sac outlet = infinite Redcap pings. This also works with Cathars' Crusade

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Felidar Guardian = infinite Hasty Felidar Guardians

Karmic Guide + Reveillark + sac outlet = Reanimate everything in your graveyard with power 2 or less

Alesha, Who Smiles at Death + Wall of Blood = wall of blood attacking your opponents! (pay life to kill them if unblocked). You need Wall of Blood in your graveyard and to attack with Alesha to reanimate it. This gets around the normal 'walls can't attack' clause, and lets you attack with a nasty finisher. This basically is a replacement for a Master of Cruelties type kill.
