Other helpful things in your budget that can really help with mana fixing.

Sol Ring, Commander's Sphere, Boros Signet, Orzhov Signet, Rakdos Signet, Talisman of Indulgence

Just a quick off the top of my head list. I am sure there are many more. I just concentrated on untapped things, and mana fixers mainly.

OK I will try to find most of those and throw them in. Should I just pull basics lands for nonbasic lands?

You can slowly add if you want. I lean towards getting lands that come into play untapped. Especially in a deck trying to be quick. That tapped land can be a handcuff. Keep a few of each basic (4-5 of each maybe), then start replacing the comes in tapped stuff.

All good adds. I personally like the talismans over signets, but that is up to you.

I'll probably add the talisman of indulgence too. On my first read through I read it as anytime it tapped for mana it would deal 1 damage to you.

I like the deck, and I would definitely add command tower in. However, my only problem with the deck is that its mardu and the commander is mono red. The cards in the deck can only have the same color(s) as the commander. So any card with white or black in the casting cost can't be used with Alesha, also any lands that produce any color of mana other than red are useless. That mana would be colorless. The only commander that would really fit the colors and the style would be Zurgo Helmsmasher.

Hybrid mana symobls in a card's text box do count towards their color identity.

903.4. The Commander variant uses color identity to determine what cards can be in a deck with a certain commander. The color identity of a card is the color or colors of any mana symbols in that cards mana cost or rules text, plus any colors defined by its characteristic

Yep UpsetYoMama is correct Alesha's color identity is Mardu.

Ok, my mistake, I wasn't aware that mana symbols outside of the mana cost affect color.

Still really low on the land count. Remember you want to still play things, and use your commander's ability. Also work some draw in there. Faithless Looting is money in here. Phyrexian Arena, Greed, and so many more things for the draw.

If you really want Alesha to shine I think more creatures are needed. But that's just me

Essentially you attack with alesha triggering her ability and put Master of Cruelties into play tapped and attacking. Assuming no blocks master of cruelties gets triggered changing the opponents life total to '1' and then alesha gets in for 3 damage. Boom insta-kill.

Nope. During a normal combat phase only he can attack, but because of the nature of Alesha's ability (since it can only be triggered when she attacks) master of cruelties will come into play tapped and attacking as the ability outlines. It's similar to playing Kaalia of the Vast. Since she is already attacking when the ability triggers it kind of 'overrides' the negative effects of only attacking alone. At least for that particular instance of the ability being triggered.
