Battle Brawler + Chief of the Edge is too good. And both can be smiled upon. Nice Zurgo SB to match some beatsticks, if Crackling Doom doesn't clear them first. +1

Oh yeah what about a Valorous Stance or an Ajani's Presence to keep Alesha and Zurgo alive, lest we meet an End Hostilities or an Anger of the Gods?

Valorous Stance is a great idea as I definitely need more responses. Ajani's Presence is also good but I'm trying to avoid Theros cards wherever I can in preparation for rotation.

I like the deck idea, and this is probably one of the better warrior builds I've seen thus far, but I would make a few changes:

I would try and up the number of some of your cards to increase the frequency that you draw them. A 2 of Chief of the Scale is good, but I think there are better cards than having 2 Aven Skirmisher. Along those lines, I would drop the Collateral Damage for 2 more Crackling Doom. The Mardu Runemark would be better as another Alesha, Who Smiles at Death and Arashin Foremost.

The aggressive nature of this deck is good, but you do gas out pretty early. You might want to find a way to reload the hand- Raiders' Spoils could be really good here. Also Tormenting Voice works really well with Alesha, and gets a couple cards in the grip. It's not as good as a top deck, but to keep the pressure going, it's pretty good. Outpost Siege is pretty amazing too. Bloodsoaked Champion is another form of card advantage. You also might consider Secure the Wastes- that's a game breaker.

These changes should make the deck a little more consistent with the draws, and a little more resilient to get to the mid game and not just burn out or collapse to a End Hostilities or Crux of Fate or any other sweeper.

Solid deck!! You should take a look at this deck, as it may be of great help to you. ;) Full-Scale Assault - a Temur Dragon Tale

Mardu Ascension is a nice side-board options against decks that like Anger of the Gods or Drown in Sorrow
