Stall with fog and counterspells until prophet, flash in azor's elocutors before the beginning of your turn, then use proliferate triggers on instants/flashed creatures, vorel, or strionic resonator to massively increase the filibuster counters and win next upkeep.

Prophet of Kruphix lets you proc inexorable tide on every single turn, not just your own (in addition to giving all your creatures vigilance). Inexorable tide combos with fathom mage (card gain), gyre sage (mana gain), and Llanowar reborn (+1/+1 counters).

Vorel of the Hull Clade or doubling season massively increases counter ramp.

Alternate win conditions are charge counters on darksteel reactor or swinging with creatures with large numbers of +1/+1 counters.
