When they enter the battlefield, you'll shit bricks! An almost all-creatures, some bounceback to get your opponents shit bricks again and again. For the wincons... well... I'm not proud of the fact there actually are some combos... Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake for infinite mana. Just add to it any nice ETB to instant win or infinte stax. There are other infinite combos, thanks to Tidespout Tyrant or Cloudstone Curio, but they're harder to get, since you'll need at least two other creatures, and they have a higher cost than Deadeye-Drake. Alternatively, you may just play the entire deck with Primal Surge, even if you'll probably never get to play it, since your army will be already huge enough for victory at the moment primal surge becomes playable. Usually needs no more than 7 turns for the win, that's why I prefer to play a more funny and casual deck, Riku the Spellslinger, with my friends.
